VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, is recruiting an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor in the Warrington area. You will lead the commercial team, review contract conditions, assess risk and drive procurement and subcontract activities.

You will support the bid team, manage client relationships, and ensure profitable delivery across multiple projects in a challenging civil engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the commercial team across projects.
• Review main contract conditions and assess risk and scope.
• Assess sub-contract packages and tender information.
• Assist bid team and senior management where required.
• Develop procurement schedules and manage subcontracts.

Responsabilités

• Lead the commercial team on one or more projects to ensure delivery.
• Review contracts, assess risk, and monitor scope changes.
• Prepare procurement schedules with project leads.
• Ensure subcontracts align with policy and budget.
