Job summary

VolkerWessels UK is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial success of high-profile construction and infrastructure projects, owning contractual performance, profitability and risk management from inception to completion.

You will work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to drive value and ensure successful project delivery, while inspiring and developing commercial talent within the team.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional qualification with RICS/CIOB/ICES or degree with numerical/technical emphasis.
• Experience as an Assistant QS or QS with relevant construction exposure.
• Willingness to work within VolkerWessels UK and through PSL agencies if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial success of high-profile construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Own contractual performance, profitability and risk management.
• Collaborate with project teams and senior stakeholders to drive value, performance and project delivery.
