VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial team on multi-site projects in Warrington/Macclesfield. The role focuses on project delivery, contract management, and value optimization.

You will manage tender processes, client relationships and post-construction settlements while ensuring commercial targets are met. Extensive UK civil engineering sector experience is essential.

Formación

• Accredited professional qualification (RICS/CIOB/ICES) or equivalent.
• Senior QS experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness across projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the commercial team to deliver on one or more projects.
• Review main contract conditions and advise on risk and scope.
• Review sub-contract packages and tender information for value engineering.
• Support bid teams and senior management as required.
• Ensure timely cash flow and final accounts forecasting.
