VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Clyde Commercial Framework. You will lead commercial delivery, manage costs, contracts and subcontractors, and support project teams across a long-term portfolio of civil projects.

You will report to the Commercial Manager and may supervise Surveyors. The role offers stability, career progression and the chance to influence project outcomes within a respected industry team.

Qualificações

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• Proven experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of commercial management, contract administration and subcontract management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial delivery for allocated projects ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Manage costs, contracts, and subcontractors across the project lifecycle.
• Produce and review cost reports, forecasts and commercial risk assessments.
• Mentor surveyors and oversee sections of larger projects as required.
