VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, seeks an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across multiple projects. You will report to the Commercial Manager and oversee risk, value, and contract performance while guiding the wider commercial team.

The role offers flexible working arrangements with site visits as needed and a clear path toward Commercial Manager progression within a multidisciplinary group.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (Essential).
• Knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Accredited professional body such as RICS or CIOB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned projects.
• Provide direction to the commercial team to meet project objectives.
• Review main and subcontracts to manage risk and value.
• Support pre-construction activities and procurement planning.
