Qualifications

• Experience in commercial management on large capital infrastructure programmes.
• Experience in UK infrastructure sector.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning and estimation across the full project lifecycle, providing robust outputs.
• Oversee and review estimates and budgets, ensuring consistency and client alignment.
• Mentor junior team members to develop capability and outputs.
• Provide commercial leadership on projects, including governance, reporting and decisions.
• Lead benchmarking and analysis reports, identifying cost drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy with audit trails.
• Act as key client interface, building relationships and providing strategic advice.
• Drive innovation in tools, dashboards and cost models.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve performance.
• Support commercial assurance activities including audits and governance.
