Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on major infrastructure projects. You will oversee cost control, forecasting, change management and reporting, while advising on NEC and other contracts.

Qualifications

Proven UK public sector/infrastructure/commercial delivery experience.
Chartered with RICS or working towards chartership.
Extensive NEC contract experience including change, payment, risk and forecasting.
Strong cost management, procurement, contract administration, reporting and governance.
Experience supporting business development and client growth.
Ability to advise project teams and stakeholders on commercial matters.
Experience mentoring colleagues and developing technical capability.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial management of projects and portfolios, incl. cost control and forecasting.
Provide NEC and other contract advice to support robust administration.
Direct project teams to deliver commercial outcomes with accountability.
Support account management and client relationships to grow spend.
Mentor and develop junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing.
