Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or commercial discipline.
• Working towards recognised chartership preferred.
• Experience administering NEC contracts on infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Highways and CESMM measurement methods.
• Understanding ITT procurement documents and bid processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC contracts and manage commercial aspects.
• Prepare and review ITT procurement documents and contracts.
• Oversee commercial delivery of medium-sized infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Develop innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
