Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management across projects and portfolios, delivering cost control, forecasting and reporting while collaborating with clients, stakeholders and contractors.

You will provide technical and contractual advice on NEC and other forms, mentor junior colleagues, support business development, and build sector-focused teams to drive value and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive NEC contract experience across cost management, risk, and final accounts.
• Chartered with RICS or working towards chartership.
• Proven experience delivering commercial services for UK public sector, infrastructure or regulated clients.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of projects and portfolios with cost control and reporting.
• Provide technical and contractual advice across NEC and other contracts.
• Direct project teams to deliver robust commercial outcomes with clear accountability.
• Support business development by strengthening client relationships.
