Job summary

TipTopJob in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to join the head office. The role focuses on pre and post-contract work across diverse projects including residential, leisure, industrial warehousing, offices and schools.

You should have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification (BSc or similar) with around 4+ years post-graduate experience, familiarity with JCT contracts, and a readiness to pursue RICS chartership with APC support if required.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of post-graduate experience in pre and post contract work.
• Recognised UK qualification in Quantity Surveying (BSc or equivalent).
• Experience with JCT contracts; NEC knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on pre and post contract work.
• Manage costs and commercial aspects for projects up to GBP120m.
• Liaise with clients and consultants at all levels to secure successful outcomes.
• Support APC and potential RICS chartership as required.
