Qualifications

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor with UK PQS background.
• Around five years or more post graduate experience in pre and post contract work.
• UK qualification in Quantity Surveying (BSc or similar) and MRICS expected.
• Experience with JCT contracts; NEC knowledge preferred.
• Some team management experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-contract activities on projects.
• Work across buildings and infrastructure sectors in the Glasgow region.
• Assist and mentor junior QS staff and coordinate with project teams.
• Ensure contractual compliance and deliverables for clients.
