Job summary

TED Recruitment is assisting a UK PQS firm in Glasgow to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years post-graduate experience. The role covers pre- and post-contract work on a range of projects up to £120m, with strong APC/RICS progression opportunities and competitive salary.

You’ll need a UK QS qualification (e.g., BSc Quantity Surveying) and experience with JCT contracts; NEC knowledge is a plus. Hybrid working one day/week is provided.

Qualifications

• UK qualification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., BSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics).
• Around 2+ years post-graduate experience with a UK PQS firm.
• Experience with pre- and post-contract work; familiarity with JCT contracts; NEC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-contract duties and post-contract administration.
• Assist on projects up to £120m in value.
• Support APC progression toward RICS qualification.
