Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager for its Birmingham office. The role focuses on high-value cladding remediation and diverse residential, education and healthcare projects.

Candidates should have 2+ years post-graduation experience, be working towards APC for RICS, and hold a UK Quantity Surveying qualification. Responsibilities include cost plans, tender docs, procurement, contract admin and meetings.

Qualifications

• At least two years post graduation experience with a consultancy firm.
• Working towards APC to become RICS qualified.
• Recognised UK qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Ability to prepare cost plans, budgets and tender documentation and procure contractors.
• Experience using JCT contracts.
• Contract administration, meetings and minute taking capability.
• Keen to mix quantity surveying and project management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
