• Four years+ post-graduate experience in pre and post contract work.
• UK qualification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., BSc in QS or Construction Economics).
• Experience with a UK firm of PQS.
• Keen to become chartered; APC support offered; RICS fees may be covered.
• Experience with JCT contracts; NEC knowledge useful.
