Job summary

Aureos in Dungeness is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial team in delivering profitable project outcomes. You will support contract delivery, generate accurate commercial reporting and manage cash flow, change control and risk for national infrastructure schemes across the UK.

The role focuses on optimising income, leading cost forecasting, and maintaining well-organised project records while collaborating with clients and supply chains.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree or HND/HNC equivalent.
• Essential: Substantial experience in contracting commercial departments.
• Essential: Experience on HV/LV infrastructure projects (desirable with DNOs).

Responsibilities

• Manage applications and credit control processes.
• Oversee income optimisation and forecasting.
• Manage change control and sub-contract lifecycle.
• Provide commercial advice to Project Team.
• Support tendering and contract review processes.
