Job summary

Rogers McHugh in the United Kingdom is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor from the contractor side who thrives close to delivery teams and has a real influence on commercial performance.

You will own budgets and forecasts, produce commercial reports, manage valuations, payment applications and final accounts, and supervise subcontractor packages to keep projects profitable across a varied portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as a contractor-side Quantity Surveyor
• Experience delivering budgets, valuations and final accounts
• Ability to manage valuations, variations and subcontractor packages
• Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts and RICS standards

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial management of a varied portfolio of construction projects
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, produce commercial reports
• Manage valuations, payment applications and final accounts, price variations
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages and negotiate agreements
