Job summary

WSP in Birmingham invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor/Cost & Commercial Management role within its PMCM team. You will contribute to pre- and post-contract QS activities, including cost planning, procurement and post-contract financial management on diverse infrastructure projects across the UK.

The role offers hybrid working, collaboration with a broad, international network, and opportunities for leadership, mentoring and development within a global firm.

Qualifications

• MRICS or Assoc RICS or working towards a professional qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge of QS/Cost and Commercial competencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-contract QS/Cost & Commercial management for projects.
• Deliver QS/commercial projects or lead a team depending on seniority.
• Travel to client sites and support bid writing and business development.
