Job summary

WSP UK is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost & Commercial Manager to deliver QS and commercial management across projects based in Birmingham. You will work within the PMCM team, contributing to cost planning, procurement, and post-contract financial control, with opportunities to lead and mentor teams.

Ideally MRICS or working towards, with strong communication and leadership skills, and flexibility to travel to project sites and client offices as required.

Qualifications

• MRICS/Assoc RICS or working towards a professional qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and experience in QS/Cost and Commercial competencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver QS/Cost & Commercial management on projects; lead on cost planning and procurement.
• May lead QS/commercial teams, mentor staff, and contribute to bid writing.
• Represent WSP UK at industry events and develop client relationships.
