WSP Global Inc. in Birmingham is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost & Commercial Manager to deliver pre- and post-contract QS services across diverse projects. The role offers opportunities to lead teams, mentor staff, and contribute to bids and client delivery.

You will join the PMCM team, working within the Civil Infrastructure and Utilities group, and be based at The Mailbox in Birmingham City Centre. The role requires strong communication and professional qualifications, with UK-wide project

Formación

• MRICS or Assoc RICS or working towards professional qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable QS/Cost & Commercial competencies per professional institutions.
• Management/leadership experience at senior level where applicable.
• Willingness to undertake UK National Security Vetting and SC clearance if required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying/Cost & Commercial Management services: estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance.
• Lead QS/commercial projects or teams as seniority dictates; mentor staff and contribute to bid writing.
• Represent WSP UK at industry events and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Civils, Buildings, Rail, and Infrastructure groups.
