Job summary

WSP UK & Ireland is seeking a senior Quantity Surveying/Cost & Commercial Management professional to contribute across pre- and post-contract activities. You will work on estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance and post-contract financial management for diverse projects.

You will join a sizeable PMCM team and may lead a QS/Cost and Commercial Management group, mentoring staff and engaging in bid writing and client engagement. Opportunities span building and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• MRICS or Assoc RICS or working towards a professional qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience around QS/Cost and Commercial competencies required by professional institutions.
• Demonstrable senior-level management, project leadership and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-contract QS/Cost & Commercial Management for projects.
• Deliver estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance and post-contract financial management.
• Lead and mentor QS/commercial staff and teams; participate in bid writing and winning work.
