Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to contribute across pre- and post-contract QS and Cost & Commercial Management, handling estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance, and post-contract financial management on a range of projects.

You could lead QS teams or contribute as a senior member on infrastructure and public sector projects, with opportunities for mentoring staff, bid writing, and representing WSP at industry

Qualifications

• MRICS or Assoc RICS or working towards a professional qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of QS/Cost & Commercial competencies.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects at senior level.
• Familiarity with NEC4 contracts and other standard forms.
• Experience in water, energy, environment, infrastructure or transportation sectors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver QS/Cost and Commercial management services for pre- and post-contract phases.
• Lead or support infrastructure and building projects.
• Mentor staff and lead bid writing and client engagement.
• Represent WSP UK at industry events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Travel to client sites and offices as needed.
