Job summary

WSP in Birmingham seeks a driven Quantity Surveyor/Cost & Commercial Manager to join our PMCM team. You will contribute to pre- and post-contract services, estimating, cost planning and procurement for complex projects.

This role offers exciting exposure to civil infrastructure and utilities with opportunities to lead teams, mentor staff and participate in industry events. A hybrid work pattern and professional development support are available.

Qualifications

• MRICS or Assoc RICS qualification or working towards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of QS/Cost and Commercial Management competencies.
• Experience in management/leadership at senior level where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre- and post-contract QS/Cost & Commercial Management services.
• Lead cost planning, procurement, cost assurance and post-contract financial management.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects in the UK.
