VolkerStevin in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a long-term project based from our Glasgow City Centre office. The role involves managing site commercial activities, tendering, subcontract administration and reporting to the Commercial Manager.

You will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying with an accredited chartered course (RICS/CIOB/ICES) and British nationality for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Accredited by RICS, CIOB or ICES.

Responsibilities

• Manage site commercial activities and contract administration.
• Review tender information and subcontract packages.
• Produce monthly valuations and commercial reports.
• Lead and mentor surveyors on the project.
