VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on the Clyde Commercial Framework. You will manage costs, contracts, subcontracts and reporting for a diverse civil engineering portfolio, guiding project teams to profitable, high-quality outcomes.

You will review conditions, support tender activity, oversee subcontractor packages, and ensure compliance with company policies while mentoring junior surveyors where needed.

Qualificações

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• Proven experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of commercial management and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead, influence and support project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Review and assess contract conditions, risks and commercial opportunities.
• Support tender and bid teams with commercial input.
• Review subcontract packages and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Manage costs, contracts, subcontractors and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts and financial updates.
• Manage warranties, bonds and other contractual obligations.
• Provide commercial input into programme management and contractual planning.
