Job summary

Foster & May, a growing international Construction Consultancy, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with international clients on Data Centre projects.

The successful candidate will manage costs from inception to completion, mentor junior staff, and keep Directors updated on progress to ensure high standards and efficient delivery. MRICS is preferred and a 5+ year UK PQS background is expected.

• 5+ years working within a UK PQS
• MRICS preferred

• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception through completion with expert cost management

An expanding, international Construction Consultancy based in Cheshire is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside international clients on a range of Data Centre projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, providing expert cost management and building strong relationships with clients throughout the process.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work within a smaller team, providing mentorship to junior members while keeping the Directors updated on project progress and ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

5+ Years working within a UK PQS

MRICS is preferred

Ideally experience working on Data Centres

Strong communication skills are essential

Able to mentor / guide junior members of the team
