Job summary

Bimplus, an international Quantity Surveying consultancy, is expanding its Liverpool team by recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be involved from early stage, leading high-end developments from inception through to completion and acting as Employers Agent.

The role emphasizes building strong private client relationships to support long-term growth, with hybrid work and a strong career progression path.

Qualifications

• MRICS or equivalent qualification.
• Proven PQS construction consultancy experience.
• Solid pre- and post-contract knowledge.
• Willingness to commute/relocate to Liverpool.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end developments from inception to completion.
• Act as Employers Agent on projects and manage costs.
• Build and maintain strong private client relationships to support growth.
• Involved from early stage with cost management and planning.

An international, Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to grow their Liverpool team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, following a large increase in project opportunities in the Northwest.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved from an early stage. Leading high-end developments from inception through to completion. Also providing an Employers Agent role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong private client relationships that support the company's long-term growth and profitability.
