Job summary

Hampshire Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing boutique QS consultancy in the Northwest. The role is client-facing, with EA/Project Manager duties across high-end residential projects in Greater Manchester.

You will mentor junior staff and guide technical and delivery decisions within a close-knit team. Ideal candidates hold MRICS or are working towards it, have UK PQS experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• MRICS or working towards MRICS qualification.
• Experience working within a UK PQS practice.
• Preferably high-end residential project experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Take on client-facing EA/Project Manager duties on NW residential schemes.
• Lead and manage high-end residential projects end-to-end.
• Mentor and support junior team members and provide guidance on technical queries.
• Collaborate with private clients to realise project visions.
• Contribute to business development and delivery within the wider team.

A close knit, expanding Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help with their influx of high-end residential projects in Greater Manchester.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a client-facing EA / Project Manager role, working closely with private clients across the Northwest to deliver high-end residential projects and turn their vision into reality.

Alongside managing your own projects, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will play an important role within the wider team, mentoring and supporting more junior members and providing guidance on any technical or project-related queries.
