Job summary

Foster & May Limited, a Bolton-based quantity surveying consultancy, is seeking a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a diverse team across retail, industrial, residential and healthcare projects.

You will own full cost management across pre and post-contract stages, overseeing cost planning, procurement, contract administration and client relationships to deliver successful outcomes.

The role offers strong culture and progression within a growing practice in Greater Manchester.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience.
• Ideally worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice.
• Good pre contract knowledge.
• Ideally MRICS.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role within a diverse Quantity Surveying team, delivering a varied portfolio of projects across sectors.
• Own full cost management across pre- and post-contract stages, overseeing cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and client relationships throughout the delivery of projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take a leading role within a diverse Quantity Surveying team, delivering a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including retail, industrial, residential, and healthcare.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of a full cost management role across both pre and post contract stages, overseeing cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and client relationships throughout the delivery of projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Ideally worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
