Job summary

Foster & May, a UK-wide modern Quantity Surveying consultancy, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for its head office in South London. You will manage projects through their full life cycle, across pre- and post-contract phases, on high-rise residential and high-paced retail assignments for key clients.

The role requires strong communication, PQS/consultancy experience, and ideally MRICS. Benefits include 26 days leave, flexible working, pension, APC support, and more.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification preferred.
• Experience on residential and/or retail projects.
• Comfortable running projects from pre to post contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full life cycle from inception to handover.
• Oversee both pre- and post-contract activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveying team are looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable managing projects through their full life cycle, both pre and post contract.

Project wise, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on a mixture of high-rise residential, and fast paced retail projects for key clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Preferably MRICS, but not essential
• Residential and/or retail project experience
• Comfortable running projects - pre and post contract
• Strong communication skills
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Any Employers Agent experience would be idealIn Return?
