We’re hiring on behalf of a top-tier MEP contractor delivering mission-critical infrastructure across the UK. This role places you at the commercial heart of large-scale construction builds in and around London—where detail matters, deadlines are tight, and excellence is non-negotiable.

The Role

You'll lead MEP commercial management on fast-track data centre builds, working closely with both pre-con and delivery teams. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your scope covers procurement, subcontractor management, cost planning, change control, and client-facing reporting.

This isn’t a "tick-box" role. It’s a chance to shape outcomes, drive performance, and protect margins—on some of the most demanding builds in the sector.

What You’ll Deliver

• Full commercial management of MEP packages (£20m+ scope) on projects such as Data Centres, Commercial & Industrial
• Cost planning, forecasting, and value engineering
• Package procurement and contract administration
• Robust change control and variation management
