The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial management of multiple projects. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure financial efficiency without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations
• Lead procurement, tendering, and contract administration
• Manage project costs and cash flow, identifying risks and opportunities
• Conduct site visits and liaise with site teams to ensure accurate reporting
• Prepare and agree final accounts with clients and subcontractors

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally in high-end fit-out or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts (JCT in particular)
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• RICS qualification or working towards it is a plus
