We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team hybrid. The successful candidate will play a key role in cost estimation, contract management, and financial control for various M&E projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a remote work environment while contributing to high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for M&E projects.
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and specifications.
Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor and supplier negotiations.
Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations to ensure cost control.
Provide commercial advice to project teams and senior management.
Evaluate and manage claims, change orders, and final accounts.
Prepare and submit progress reports and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contractual requirements.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration in the M&E sector.
Proficiency in relevant QS software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar).
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
Familiarity with standard contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT, FIDIC) is a plus.
