  • Previous experience delivering projects within Residential, Commercial, or Cat A/Cat B sectors (preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).
  • Proven track record at the appropriate level.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
  • Pre and Post contract services.
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Produce tender documents.
  • Contract Administration.
  • Valuations.
  • Cost Management.
