Senior Quantity Surveyor - London

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll work within the Commercial team, initially on a multi-million-pound project in London. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team, helping to exceed business targets and KPIs
• Preparing monthly cost/value reports for the area, reviewing results, and analyzing trends with other contract team members
• Producing commercial reports and reviewing results and trends with team members
• Physically measuring works and agreeing measurements with clients and subcontractors
• Certifying and paying subcontractor accounts, monitoring accounts against forecasts

What are we looking for?

This role is suitable if you:

• Hold a Full UK Driver's Licence
• Are educated to Degree level or have equivalent experience
• Have experience in a similar role
• Possess confident IT skills, especially in MS Office, particularly Excel
