A leading infrastructure and civil engineering contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Scotland, supporting the delivery of major projects across the region.

Based out of the East Kilbride office, your role will include :

Key Responsibilities
  • ✅ Managing and forecasting project costs, budgets and revenue
  • ✅ Leading subcontractor procurement and ongoing commercial management
  • ✅ Preparing valuations, variations, interim payments and final accounts
  • ✅ Working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure commercial accuracy
  • ✅ Ensuring full compliance with contract terms, NEC requirements and legal obligations
What We’re Looking For
  • ✅ At least 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering
  • ✅ Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
  • ✅ Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills
  • ✅ Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (RICS advantageous)
