Page Personnel is seeking a Senior Quality Manager for a well-established manufacturing and engineering company based in Burnley. You will lead the Quality Engineering team, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer requirements, while mentoring and upskilling staff.

This role requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor, strong data analysis, and the ability to drive corrective actions, audits, and process improvements in line with IMS, PFMEA, and APQP/PPAP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with practical, solutions-focused approach on the shop floor.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage a team.
• Articulate communicator at all levels.
• Experience in engineering-focused environment with QA standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead Quality Engineering team and set goals, targets, appraisals.
• Ensure IMS compliance and proactive quality culture.
• Develop and implement QC procedures and guidelines.
• Lead 8D investigations and corrective actions with data validation.
• Manage audits, PFMEA, control plans and APQP/PPAP alignment.
• Oversee production stages to ensure customer requirements are met.
