Manthorpe Building Products, part of Genuit Group, is seeking a Quality Manager to own the site Quality function at the Ripley manufacturing site. You will drive the Quality Management System, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and work with Production, Engineering, Technical, Customer and Supplier teams to improve quality and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading quality management in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to implement and maintain ISO 9001 and audits.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of APQP, FAIR and PPAP is desirable.
• Excellent data analysis and KPI reporting capability.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and improve the site's QMS in line with ISO 9001.
• Lead internal audits and support external and customer audits.
• Manage quality documentation including control plans and FMEAs.
• Develop and coach the Quality team to high performance.
• Oversee product quality from materials to delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs such as PPM, First Pass Yield and Cost of Quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain on quality issues.
