Job summary

TN Talent Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Quality Manager for an established manufacturing business in Derbyshire. You will lead the quality function, drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest standards are maintained across the site.

This is a hands-on role with ownership of quality systems, audits, CAPA and cross‑functional collaboration with production and senior management to sustain ISO 9001 compliance and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of quality function in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems.
• Experience in audits, investigations, CAPA.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the quality function to high standards.
• Manage and improve quality management systems and processes.
• Oversee quality investigations, non-conformances and CAPA.
• Drive continuous improvement to quality, efficiency and performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory standards.
• Lead internal and external audits and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with production, operations and senior management.
• Monitor quality performance and identify trends.
• Develop a proactive quality culture across the business.
