Job summary

You will guide QA Champions and Test Automation Engineers, ensuring standardized, measurable quality practices and actionable release evidence across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software quality assurance, test automation and quality engineering.
• Experience providing technical leadership across complex software delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate and maintain the organisational test strategy and supporting quality engineering standards.
• Provide technical direction to Test Automation Engineers on automation strategy, framework design and CI/CD integration.
• Ensure automated test execution is embedded into delivery pipelines with fast, reliable feedback.
• Align testing with product risk and release governance.
