Job summary

The Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Testing and Quality Engineering Manager to lead our enterprise testing function and shape the automation-first future of our technology delivery. You will collaborate with Technology, Delivery, Data and business leaders to embed quality across the end-to-end lifecycle and strengthen governance.

You will design and implement testing standards, drive continuous improvement, and lead a high-performing team including Test Leads, Analysts and Automation

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise testing or quality engineering functions.
Delivery of significant testing transformation and automation programmes.
Deep knowledge of integrated, system, end-to-end, regression, automation and UAT testing.

Responsibilities

Define and own organisation-wide testing and quality engineering strategy.
Develop and deliver an automation-first roadmap.
Embed quality across the delivery lifecycle with Technology, Delivery and Data teams.
Drive adoption of continuous testing and CI/CD-integrated testing.
Strengthen testing governance with clear standards and risk controls.
Lead enterprise UAT standards and business engagement.
