Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in senior quality assurance or QA engineering roles in complex delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools or frameworks and understanding of automation principles.
• Strong knowledge of testing techniques: functional, regression, integration, API, performance.
• Experience collaborating with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to own issues and drive quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver testing strategies to ensure high-quality enterprise applications and systems.
• Lead testing activities across multiple projects, combining manual, exploratory, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, delivery teams and stakeholders to embed quality in lifecycle.
• Drive automation and continuous testing to improve coverage and confidence in releases.
• Coach and support other QA engineers and promote best practices and standards.
