Job summary

Together in the United Kingdom is seeking a Test Manager to lead QA across agile teams. You will own test strategy, governance, and delivery standards, collaborating with Product, Engineering and other stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will oversee test planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement across multiple teams and vendors, including incident ownership, RCA, and action follow-up to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading test strategy, governance and delivery in Agile environments.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage risks and communicate delivery status.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the test strategy and quality governance across the team.
• Act as the primary contact for test assurance within the release train.
• Coordinate with feature teams, including third-party testers, for test planning and execution.
• Ensure test approaches are risk-based and standards-aligned to delivery context.
• Monitor progress, triage defects and escalate blockers as needed.
• Define and maintain a test coverage model with traceability to requirements.
