Job summary

Content Guru is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead a small QA team and own testing strategy for our software developments. Based at our Bracknell head office, you will drive automated testing, manual testing, and process improvements to ensure high-quality releases and customer satisfaction.

You will manage test plans, coordinate with developers and product managers, and mentor junior engineers. A strong background in Agile/Scrum and QA methodologies is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong experience in software QA within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting.
• Desirable: usability, performance or security testing and SQL Server familiarity.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Clear communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 is a plus.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of QA Engineers to ensure high-quality releases.
• Create structured test plans, tests cases and estimates for activities.
• Develop and execute automation scripts to improve efficiency.
• Identify, document and track bugs across the development lifecycle.
• Perform regression testing and validate fixes.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and delivery.
