Job description

Freelance Senior QS required ASAP

We need a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage and lead the completion of a remedial works project for a major new build residential development in North East London. The overall project value is £53m, with approximately £10m remaining for the final year.

The role involves commercially managing the project after procurement, including package management and cost reporting to the final account. It is site‑based and requires heading a team comprising a Project QS and an Assistant QS.

There is potential for a longer‑term freelance or temp‑to‑perm arrangement.
