Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Rotherham for client-side leadership on a portfolio of capital projects valued around £30 million. You will steer design, procurement and construction across regeneration, education and community schemes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering on time and to budget.

You will act as the client's representative, ensuring governance, reporting, and compliance with health and safety regulations, with hybrid working

Qualifications

• Degree in a construction-related field and recognised PM qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large capital projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate client-side construction projects across education, regeneration and community schemes.
• Oversee design, procurement and construction phases, reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor programmes, budgets and risk; manage consultants and contractors.
• Chair governance boards and progress reviews; provide technical oversight.
