Reed is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a local authority in Rotherham to provide client-side project management across major capital construction projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and oversee progression through RIBA stages to meet programme, budget and quality targets.

• Significant experience managing construction projects on client-side or consultancy.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale capital projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating design and construction teams across RIBA stages.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of multiple construction projects with combined value around £30 million.
• Manage day-to-day activity across design, procurement and construction phases.
• Monitor programme delivery, milestones, risks and budgets.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure actions progress and project objectives are met on time.
• Support projects through RIBA stages from design to completion.
• Act as client-side representative with technical oversight and decision-making.
• Facilitate governance meetings and produce progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual and H&S requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners.
