Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in West London is seeking an experienced Senior Highways Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of the Council's most complex highways and transport programmes.

You will drive programme leadership, budgeting, governance and stakeholder engagement across Members, TfL, government bodies and contractors, ensuring delivery aligns with regeneration, climate and place-making priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading major capital infrastructure and highways projects.
• Experience delivering projects in local authorities or public sector.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and political reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of highways and transport programmes.
• Manage governance, funding and political reporting for schemes.
• Coordinate with Members, TfL, government bodies and contractors.
