Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for rail and infrastructure projects in the UK. Hybrid working is available across Manchester, Leeds, and York areas, with a salary up to £95,000 depending on experience.

You will lead multi‑disciplinary teams, manage client relationships and ensure safe, on‑time delivery of complex projects. The role demands proven rail/infrastructure project experience, strong leadership, and sound commercial awareness, including NEC contract

Qualificações

• Significant experience managing rail or infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across development to completion.
• Client-side or seconded project environment experience.
• Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract administration.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with CDM Regulations, HMRI and ORR requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key operational point of contact for clients and build strong relationships.
• Lead project teams through development to completion.
• Plan, monitor and manage performance against time, cost and quality targets.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across engineers, contractors and client representatives.
• Ensure projects comply with statutory and regulatory requirements (CDM, HMRI, ORR).
• Work with Project Engineers to deliver client requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; manage change control processes.
• Oversee health, safety, environmental and quality documentation and risk assessments.
