• Recognised master's level qualification in psychodynamic psychotherapy or equivalent.
• Evidence of post-qualification training and expert knowledge in multiple psychological models.
• Significant experience in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a specialist psychological service to service users with severe mental health needs.
• Lead and support service delivery within local multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the development of the Therapeutic Community.
