Octave, a globally distributed software provider for asset lifecycle decisions, seeks a Senior Proposals Management Administrator. You will craft timely bids, manage content, and coordinate stakeholders across multiple proposals in a remote setup, often supporting teams in the EMIA region and beyond.

The role emphasizes strong writing, planning and collaboration with sales, marketing, product and legal teams. The position involves learning fast and adapting to Octave’s global standards.

Qualifications

• Typically educated to Bachelor’s degree level with related field preferred.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail, formatting, grammar, layout and spelling.
• Effective time management with multiple simultaneous proposals and deadlines.
• Experience with document libraries and proposal automation tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of financial components of proposals including margins and pricing.

Responsabilités

• Produce professional, timely documents and proposals to Hexagon company standards.
• Write new content from existing materials and edit responses with stakeholders.
• Format documents according to branding and proposal guidelines with appropriate images and tables.
• Co-ordinate information gathering from sales, technical presales, marketing, product, finance, legal and service delivery.
• Review customer documents and prepare draft response templates.
• Support Proposal Manager and/or Opportunity Owner with progress calls, governance and trackers.
• Apply corporate policies for ethics, security and company systems.
• Provide regular status updates to the bid team and Senior Manager Proposals.
• Report activity using GoSell and other systems as required.
• Help build and maintain reusable content and EMIA Proposal Library.
